We are aware that buying our coffee online can be confusing, as there are different options, as well as some "busy" screens.

To make the process clearer, we have created this guide of the process of buying online with us.

You have 3 options when buying online:

  1. If you have a PayPal account, you can login to your account and pay with PayPal.

  2. If you would like to pay with a credit card, you can do so as a PayPal guest, you do not need a PayPal account, or login to PayPal.

  3. You are also given the option to register with Just Haiti, using your email and your own password.  If you do this, the next time you purchase coffee, you can login to your Just Haiti account and not have to fill in any forms.  It is only option to register with Just Haiti to purchase coffee.

Let's go through the computer screens you will experience when purchasing Just Haiti coffee:

 

Screen 1

After selecting the coffee you want to buy, this screen appears.  If you want to buy other coffee types, as well, select Continue Shopping.

After you've selected the various coffee types, you will always come back to this screen.

When you are ready to purchase, select Go to Checkout.

 

Screen 2

After selection Go to Checkout, it will come to our preview screen, where you can check your orders and shipping cost, to ensure your order is correct before purchasing.

If all is in order, select Checkout.

 

Screen 3

Now it is time to supply us with your personal information, which will be used as your shipping address.

​

If you have bought coffee before and registered with Just Haiti, you merely need to Sign in to use address book, thus not having to fill in this information again.

​

The Choose delivery method box let's you know, again, what your shipping charges will be.

 

Screen 4

This is confirming how you are going to pay.  Always select PayPal button, whether you're paying with your PayPal account or with your credit card, as a PayPal Guest.

Then enter your email address.  If you are registered with Just Haiti, you can merely sign in.  If you aren't registered and would like to do so, then create your own password for your Just Haiti account, otherwise you don't have to create a password.

If your shipping address is the same as the address you shared in a previous screen, check the box, it will load automatically.

​

Now select the Pay with PayPal button.  (Reminder: this means you will pay with PayPal or a credit card.)

 

Screen 5

After selecting Pay with PayPal, you can decide if you are going to use your PayPal account or your credit card.

​

  • To Pay with your PayPal account, select Log In and go from there.  It will complete your order.
     

  • To Pay with your credit card, as a PayPal Guest, fill in your credit card information.  Your shipping address will be filled in from your previously supplied information.

 

Now scroll down to the bottom of the page and select Pay Now. 

 

Note: You do not need to check the Save my payment info and create a PayPay account!
